SUMMARY:The Chosen Watch Group/Bible Study
DESCRIPTION:Maybe you’ve already seen The Chosen: Season 5\, but join us anyway. This event isn’t just for the ladies – adults and youth are welcome. We’ll meet at the Journey Cafe in Hamburg at 5:30 to spend the evening with Jesus and some homemade soups\, so come hungry! We’re planning to watch one episode per session\, but if time permits and the group is up for it\, we’ll watch a second episode too. Either way\, we’ll enjoy the discussions for one or more episodes. \n\n\n\nWe’ll provide the soups\, snacks\, and refreshments for the first gathering. For the rest of the sessions\, we can all participate in making a favorite soup and side. \n\n\n\nThere are chairs available\, but feel free to bring your favorite camping or beach chair\, and a blanket if you’d like to be cozy. It’s a great time of fellowship\, watching and talking about the greatest story ever told.

SUMMARY:Ladies Ice Cream Social & Secret Sister KickOff - 8/14
DESCRIPTION:What better way to kick-off a Secret Sister event than with an Ice Cream Social?!! \n\n\n\nWe’re putting together this evening to meet new ladies from both Zions Church and The Journey Church with ice cream and socializing.  Then we’ll offer a chance for anyone interested to participate in a Secret Sister program\, a ministry program designed to encourage spiritual connection and support among women in a church or organization. Participants fill out a profile and are randomly matched with another woman. Each of the assigned “sisters” agree to pray for each other and send random anonymous notes of encouragement\, small gifts and/or cards over the next six months. The program aims to build a community and support our church ladies.
