What is the Inspired Sisters Women’s Ministry?

One of the greatest blessings that come from finding Jesus is the sense of belonging. We become part of His family and the church community we engage with. By spending time with other women—our sisters in Christ—we find encouragement, support, friendship, and love. We all know that strong relationships require quality time, so we gather to talk, laugh, share our burdens, and pray for one another.
Our women participate in common interests and activities that allow us to learn new skills and support each other, helping us to feel accomplished and excited about overcoming challenges, and trying something new that we’ve always wanted to do. Spending time together helps us grow as women of faith, no matter what season of life we’re in, leaving us feeling loved, accepted, and truly blessed.

We’re all about connection, kindness, and making sure every woman feels seen and welcomed.

3. Intentional Hospitality means we have dedicated greeters to help you feel included and connected from the moment you arrive at any of our events.
4. Communication That Reaches You, so you’re informed. From posts on our website (RSS), to email updates, Facebook posts, printed flyers, Sunday School, and church service announcements, we do our best to keep everyone in the loop.
5. You Belong, and you should feel that way too. Our team is passionate about creating a culture where everyone feels included, going above and beyond to help women plug-in and feel right at home.

Sunday School & Bible Studies
Both spending time alone with God and within a group relationally are vital to our spiritual growth. Group bible studies and women’s Sunday School provide the opportunities to celebrate life’s victories with others, get needed prayer support, offer encouragement in tough times, and help keep ourselves accountable in our personal growth, and aid in defining a structured time to focus on topics that address our needs or interests. Women’s Conferences
Whether it’s a two-day simulcast, a gifted worship leader and speaker, or an all-day bible study style, we gather once a year for an all-day inspirational and energizing event designed to collectively encourage bonds with other women while reigniting our faith, together.
Workshops & Common Interests
God is so bountiful in giving talents, also knowing that through common interests we can find new and strengthen our current friendships. Be it glass fusing, sewing a canvas tote, a cookie decorating tutorial, making fresh bread, prepping and jarring fresh salsa, girls’ night bowling, learning how to properly handle firearms, we’ve done all these things and more to find something for everyone. And we’re always looking for more things to try, so join us for a fun time and share your ideas.
Get Active With Friends
There seems to be something about walking, running, hiking while chatting with someone that helps us process – whether it’s simply life in general, what God has been speaking to us, or working out solutions to challenges dilemmas. There’s so much encouragement, accountability, revelation, and enjoyment in combining social times with active times such as walking or running 5K’s, sunrise or mid-day hikes, kayaking, mud and obstacle races, horesback riding, skiing and snowboarding, whatever activity you can imagine. So lace up your sneakers and plan to join us soon.
Weekend Retreats
It’s a time for our guests to take a break from everyday chores and worries like cooking, cleaning, driving kids to sports, etc. Gather together as we get into God’s Word, learning, discussing, sharing. Get outside and hike or just explore the location. Put your crafting skills to work on a project or two to remember the weekend by, and enjoy a meal without having to plan it, prepare it, or clean-up afterward! This weekend is designed with you in mind, to celebrate all that you do by giving you a weekend off.
Support Local Ministries
LC Medical is a local non-profit organization that provides evidence-based information, cost-free services, and practical support to women and families experiencing an unexpected or unsupported pregnancy. Throughout the year, our women’s ministry supports LC Medical through participation in their annual 5K Spring Chicken and Fundraising Banquet, as well as other smaller events throughout the year.
Need-Based Service Groups
Serving through missions is a life-changing endeavor. However, the opportunity to serve outside of our communities isn’t always possible. Does your neighbor need help with her kids or a prepared meal? Could an elderly friend use some groceries, a warm fleece blanket, or a ride to the doctor? Maybe you can make something for someone you don’t even know, like wheelchair bags for the disabled. There’s indeed a mission field right in front of you!
